Engineering, the DNA of Marketing, and the Alchemy of Paper

At MÖMÖ Lab I don't design objects to fill spaces; I design energy activators.

My name is Mon (Momo) and my mind has always operated under two laws: the precision of engineering and the strategy of visual impact.

After studying chemical engineering and pursuing a career in marketing at large corporations, I learned that a piece only transcends when it is capable of captivating the eye. But my history with geometry began long before marketing plans and business budgets.

The first time my hands folded a piece of modular origami, I was 13 years old. It was my first encounter with the logic of order. Although my professional life led me down the path of metrics, two years ago paper crossed my path again. What started as a way to clear my mind transformed into an obsessive technical challenge. I stopped seeing paper as a hobby and began to understand it as my language: precision engineering applied to contemporary art.

My Manifesto: The MÖMÖ Code

At MÖMÖ Lab, I believe that order doesn't have to be boring and that paper is a conductor of pure energy. My pieces are governed by these principles:

  1. Architecture, not fragility. I don't fold paper; I build structures that challenge two-dimensionality with mathematical precision.
  2. Goodbye visual silence. I reject beige and predictability. My works are born to break the silence of white walls with explosions of their own light.
  3. The science of color. I don't use color to decorate; I use it to activate. I believe in visual tension and vibrating contrasts. If it doesn't vibrate, it's not MÖMÖ.
  4. Unapologetic technique. My craftsmanship is technical mastery. Every fold is a strategic decision designed to last.
  5. Art for hungry eyes. I don't mass-produce; I launch chemical reactions captured on paper for those who seek the unique and authentic.
  6. I design activators, not objects. My pieces are here to transform the energy of your room and remind you that geometry is the language of enthusiasm.

My commitment to you

My background as an engineer demands rigor; my marketing experience demands impact. Folding paper allows me to develop new perspectives and transform chaos into perfect structures. Today, I apply that discipline so that every piece leaving my lab is impeccable. I don't seek for my pieces to convey peace; I seek for them to project strength, innovation, and boldness.

Welcome to my lab. Welcome to color engineering.
